What do I need to get started?
For the strategy call: just your Shopify URL and read-only GA4 access. For the rebuild: brand assets, Shopify collaborator access, and any existing creative. We send a clear onboarding checklist the moment you sign on — no friction, no guesswork.
How exactly does the 48-hour guarantee work?
The clock starts when we receive your brand assets and store access. Within 48 hours of that, your full redesign is live and tested. If we miss it, you receive a partial refund as outlined in your service agreement — no arguments, it's contractual.
What happens if I don't hit the 20% profit-per-visitor improvement?
We keep working — for free — until you do. We measure profit per visitor against agreed baseline data from your GA4 and Shopify analytics. If we don't hit the 20% threshold within the agreed window, we continue optimising at no cost, or issue a full refund. Your choice.
How is this different from a regular design agency?
Design agencies build pretty stores. We build stores that generate more revenue per visitor — and we back that with a contractual guarantee. We start with your data, not a mood board. Every single decision is justified by conversion logic.
How do you measure profit per visitor — and what counts as the baseline?
We agree the baseline before work begins, using 30 days of your existing GA4 and Shopify data. Profit per visitor is calculated as revenue minus ad spend, divided by sessions. Everything is agreed in writing before we start — no moving goalposts.
Can you work with our existing branding, or do you redesign everything?
Both. We can work within your existing brand system or recommend updates where the current branding is actively hurting conversion. We'll flag it in the audit either way — your call on how far we go.
